BIG Stuff
The majority of our cakes, tortes, and cheesecakes are available in larger round sizes for your gatherings.
We require a 5 day advance notice for these items.
Pistachio White Chocolate Cheesecake
The original white chocolate cheesecake combined with the subtleness of pistachio, finished in white chocolate ganache and more toasted pistachios.

Chocolate Grand Marnier Roulade
A flourless chocolate roulade filled with a thin layer of chocolate mousseline buttercream and fresh grand marnier whipped cream. Finished with handmade chocolate decorations. Serve well chilled.
 
Carmen Miranda
Tender lady fingers encase a delicate mousse of fresh poached pears, topped with fresh fruits just like the bombshell’s hat. Serve well chilled.

Truffle Torte
Two thin layers of chocolate almond sponge cake filled with a deathly rich chocolate truffle ganache spiked with cognac; the torte is then glazed and decorated with handrolled truffles. Serve at room temperature.

Mom’s Chocolate Fudge Cake
The ‘end-all-be-all’ dessert for the chocolate cake lover. Three layers of rich chocolate cake filled and decorated with chocolate fudge icing. Serve at room temperature.

Banana Chocolate Walnut Torte
A banana walnut cake studded with chocolate chips, filled with our famous chocolate fudge filling and decorated with French chocolate mousseline buttercream and tons of toasted walnuts. Serve at room temperature.

Storkberry Mousse
The signature storkberries transformed into a light mousse edged with raspberry culliere and finished with a brilliant ruby glaze and fresh strawberries. Serve well chilled.
Carrot Cake
The most intense carrot cake in town. Tons of shredded sweet carrots and toasted pecans, layered with cream cheese frosting and decorated with Italian meringue buttercream and more toasted pecans. Serve at room temperature.

Blackberry Butterscotch Cheesecake
“What took so long?” is the question on everyone’s mind. This flavor combination has been our biggest selling muffin flavor since we opened our doors three years ago. Now finally, you can get it for breakfast AND dessert. Finished with a butterscotch ganache.

Kahlua Marble Cheesecake
A light Italian style cheesecake laced with Kahlua and marbled with chocolate. The only thing missing is a big cup of piping hot coffee to go with it!

Decadence
Our infamous blend of chocolate, fresh eggs, and sweet butter; the cake untainted by ‘cake.’ A flourless original, glazed in more rich chocolate and decorated with delicate scroll work. Serve at room temperature.

Chambord Mousse Torte
Bittersweet chocolate mousse laced with raspberry liqueur encased between thin layers of chocolate sponge and finished with chocolate French mousseline buttercream. Serve at room temperature.
